PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
I represent and warrant that if I am purchasing something or paying for a service from this facility or from other merchants through this facility that any credit card or bank account draft (ACH Draft) information I supply is true and complete, charges incurred by me will be honored by my credit card company or financial institution, and I will pay the charges incurred by me at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties.
Should I dispute a charge through my financial institution this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.
DANCE/TUMBLING CLASSES Children
The first due date is the student’s second class on the schedule after a trial class. The student must be enrolled in autopay. All the further tuition charges will be automatically proceeded at 1st day of the next month.
You are not under any contract when you register for Coastal Dance Club classes. But in oder to drop a student from a class parent must notify us. Please contact us 15 days before the 1st of the month if you wish to discontinue classes for that month so that you are not charged. Only a written notice via email or a phone call to us from parent or legal guardian will be acceptable.
Please note: You are responsible for payment for your student’s classes WHETHER OR NOT YOUR STUDENT ATTENDS CLASS until the time you notify us VIA WRITTEN NOTICE or PHONE CALL.
If a student stops coming to class without notification then that student’s account will be charged for the additional 30 days. As we don’t have a registration fee this charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class
Recital and PARENT’S NIGHT OUT
I understand that the recital fee is not refundable and costumes, under any circumstances, cannot be reimbursed after they are ordered.
I understand that enrollment for Parent’s Night Out requires 24 hours cancellation. The fee for PNO is non refundable in case if cancellation was made less than 24 hours before the start time.
ADULT CLASSES (YOGA/DANCE FITNESS/CONDITIOning)
I understand that classes require a 24 hour cancellation, no refunds for no shows or late arrivals more than 10 minutes after class starts.
